Backup Solution
Our ‘Henter.info’ service is an online backup to a remote server; the backup system is based on Ahsay Software. The server is located in a hosting centre with redundant power supply, UPS and fibre backbone. The server is mirrored on a secondary server which will provide backup in case of primary server failure. The two servers are kept physically separate.
Customers are able to make backups or retrieve data from the backup server at any time.
All data transfers to and from the server are encrypted and sent via a secure connection (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). As the encryption code is known only to the individual customer, only they will be able to see which data is stored on the server.
